  This villa was stunning. We stayed there recently with a group of friends and enjoyed every minute. Tortola has so much charm and few people especially in the off-season, unlike St. Thomas and some of the more popular islands. The calm and serenity of Tingalayo, high up on the mountainside, was outstanding, especially given the hectic daily lives that most of us live. Truly a place you would love and remember!

  If you are looking for paradise, look no further than this magnificent home. Pictures on line do not even begin to do this gem justice! Our jaws dropped upon arrival ( even our hard to impress teens)! We stayed for seven days and awoke each morning with the same sense of awe and disbelief that a place as beautiful as this actually exists! Carmen, Ceasar, and Lynn (full time staff) saw to it that we never wanted for anything and made us feel like family! Wish we could have brought them home with us! We were a bit worried that our teens would be bored in such a remote location but we need not have worried! We actually had to beg them to leave the house to explore the nearby beaches! They were totally content to swim in the pool ( the most incredible pool with the most unbelievable views) or hang in the well stocked media room in the evening. Tingalayo is comprised of several villas connected by walkways, verandas and beautiful landscaping. The owners paid great attention to detail and truly created a dream home that manages to be impressive yet homey. Of all the many things we loved about this home the views are by far the most impressive. Words cannot even begin to describe how amazing they are...they truly left us all speechless! Our time at Tingalayo was honestly the vacation of a lifetime and one we will never forget!
