::The BVI Branch needs a lot of improvement. They are unresponsive, and when they do get in touch it is usually days after you need assistance. The online banking is poorly supported, also you can’t initiate wires online. There isn’t even an online live chat assistant. Typically calling the BVI branch results with leaving a message or being told that someone will call back, but no one does. Often times people go on vacation or break and no one is there to cover for them. Most of the time, I pay long distance to speak to a rep in the USVI or Puerto Rico. The one good thing about the bank is, they have an easy app to transfer between checking and savings accounts, hence they get 1 star. Also, their ATMs are often empty or faulty so you end up paying other banks to access your funds.
