::I rented a vehicle from Denzil Clyne on the recommendation of a Tortola friend and my experience was first rate. A friendly and prompt reception, four days in a practically brand new Suzuki four wheel drive (only had 930 miles!) and an equally friendly and quick turn back experience including a lift back to Nanny Cay Marina. Well done....

::Outstanding! The most personal, prompt and polite service I've ever received from a car rental agency. Michael & his crew were the best! I was met at the West End ferry dock, and my crew with baggage quickly loaded into a nearly brand new car for the short ride up the street to the office where we signed our paperwork and were sent on our way in minutes. Use facebook messages and hook up with instant messenger if you don't have a BVI calling plan - again great service! I thought I had a problem with the lock on my 4-wheel drive Grand Vitara and was offered an immediate replacement at my location - happily for them and me - I quickly realized I had made a mistake and canceled the swap. Will happily use again!

::Warning, do not rent a car from this company on St John. The woman that runs this rental facility is incredibly rude and extorted cash from me when I returned the vehicle. I rented a Nissan in December 2016. The car was in poor condition, covered in dents and scratches, with a stained and mildewed interior, but it was all that was available and I needed transportation. Upon returning the car, she pointed to one scratch on the bumper, which I did not cause, and said I owed her $150 cash(they accept credit cards for the rental). I explained I would not be paying her for something I didn't do, and to call the police. She then said I could pay her $20(Cash only!) and that would take care of it. I had a ferry to catch to make my flight on St Thomas and reluctantly paid so I wouldn't miss it. This was an obvious scam, victimizing tourists that are in a rush and cant afford to miss their connections. Avoid this company!!
